TEACHER WORK ENGAGEMENT IN INCLUSIVE SCHOOL

This research aimed to identify and state the significance of teacher work engagement improve inclusive school performance, where was a form education equity realization without any discriminations which currently have been organized by government Indonesia. Further, this based on phenomenon happened that not all teachers in were involved maximally concept. categorized into qualitative exerted case study approaches explore experience during teaching activity school. It aims at work. finding showed affected self-efficacy organizational climate. The who had high referred believes their selves able fulfill daily challenges therefore, tended be more engaged Besides, finding, indicated fun climate became attendant could influence engagement.
